Account Terms for Legal Use in India
These general terms govern registration, account access and use of 1Win services in India. By opening, accessing or continuing to use an account, you agree to the latest version of these terms, any game rules, bonus rules, privacy notices and payment conditions shown on the platform.
Eligibility and registration
You may use the services only if all of the following conditions are met.

Restrictions, cancellations and void bets
A bet may be cancelled, voided or resettled if any of the following situations occurs.

- The event was cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond the relevant time limit or changed in a way covered by market rules.

Accepted bets cannot usually be cancelled by the user. Cash out or early settlement features, if available, operate only under the separate rules displayed for that feature.
